I was going through some of my older stuff recently, and I found my application pamphlet for the LSH chapter of the DC Super-Stars Society circa 1978. For those of you who don't remember, this was going to be DC's version of "the latest word in fan clubs, designed to save you money on subscriptions, give you a chance to make friends who share your interest in DC Comics, and become more involved with your favorite heroes."
For the record, the twelve chapters were Batman, Black Lightning, DC's War Heroes, the Flash, Green Arrow and Black Canary, Green Lantern, the Justice League, the Justice Society, the Legion, Shazam!, Superman, and Wonder Woman. The logo pretty much reflected who had their own chapter: Green Lantern, Green Arrow (representing him and BC), Supergirl (JLA?), Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Batman, Dr. Fate and Power Girl (both JSA), Chameleon Boy (the LSH), Black Lightning, Sgt. Rock (DC's War Heroes), and Capt. Marvel.
I remember sending off for this kit, but my money got returned. I was really disappointed. I assume the DC Super-Stars Society fell by the wayside in the wake of the DC Implosion? Anybody have any other ideas or recollections?

On page 2 is the LSH quiz: "Test your knowledge of the 30th Century's Super Teens!", which I'll reprint separately.
Page 3 has the Membership kit details:
Did anyone ever get an actual package from this club? Anyone out there have any of the other chapter applications?
